The room was not clean, we expected better.

The coffee area and room view were enjoyable. Cleaning staff and restaurant ladies were kind and did a good job. Housekeepers and breakfast staff, especially Supervisor DUSHYANT, were polite and obliging. The room cleaner was polite, helpful, and ensured our comfort.

Here are a few things that stood out to me. the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from including salads, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and even regional cuisines. Moreover, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and made sure to cater to every need. From the moment I checked in, they were quick to notice even the slightest movement and provide excellent service. Lastly, the location of the hotel was quite convenient, with plenty of eateries and cafes within walking distance.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by several negative aspects. We found the carpets in our room to be old and worn, which made the room feel less than clean.
